Duo Accordion privacy policy

What the app collects

Duo Accordion has no account, advertising, or cross-app tracking. It does not access your microphone, camera, location, or contacts. Your playing and settings are not sent to the developer. If you use the optional Concert Accordion purchase, purchase history is processed by Apple and RevenueCat as described below.

Settings stay on your device

Your register, musical key, note-name, and bellows preferences are stored locally. Operating-system backups may include this data. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to the operating system’s backup and restoration behavior.

Optional purchase and restoration

Duo Accordion is free to play. Concert Accordion is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. RevenueCat receives purchase history, including the product and transaction information provided by Apple, to verify the purchase, unlock and restore access, prevent fraud, and provide purchase analytics to the developer. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous app user ID; the app does not send your name or email address to RevenueCat. Purchase history is not linked to your identity by the developer and is not used for advertising or tracking across other apps. Apple handles payment details; the developer does not receive your card number or billing information. The app keeps the verified unlock state locally so the instrument can open offline.

Sounds and tunes

The app plays bundled accordion recordings locally and works offline. When available, updated recordings and tunes may be downloaded by your operating system from Apple through Apple-hosted asset packs. The app does not send playing activity or information about these downloads to the developer. Apple operates these downloads under its own privacy practices.

When you contact support

If you email the developer, your message and information you choose to provide are used to answer your request. Email is handled by the email service provider. Please do not include sensitive personal information. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the address below.

This website

This support website has no advertising or analytics scripts. Its hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from the app’s purchase processing.
